ezClear

 

ezClear is a BlueZone Web-to-Host utility that is run on an user's workstation in order to delete the Web-to-Host Control Module along with all BlueZone Emulation Clients. 

As an option, the user's BlueZone configuration files can also be deleted. This is a useful troubleshooting tool for resolving configuration issues.

After running ezClear on a workstation, it's just like the BlueZone Web-to-Host emulation clients have never been downloaded and installed on that machine.

To run ezClear, perform the following steps:

  1. Click on this link  --> Erase run ezClear
  2. Click on Run when prompted to run or save the file:

  1. Make sure to ONLY select the Delete All User Files and/or Delete All Internet Cached Files checkbox:

  • Note: By selecting the "Delete All User Files" checkbox, ezClear will delete any configuration changes that may have been made to BlueZone sessions.
  • It is recommended that you run Delete All Internet Cached Files first, and see if the issue is resolved, before running Delete All User Files.
  • When complete, the BlueZone ezClear Utility window will close.
